Stryder is an eleven-year-old boy that has MANY rare diagnoses, many don’t even have names. He has been to some of the best specialists in the world to get more answers, only to be told “We don’t know.”
Stryder has a rare genetic failure of the autonomic nervous system which has a poor prognosis. It is a primary medical condition, not secondary to a connective tissue disorder. Whole Exome Sequencing showed 56 variations of unknown significance, meaning we don’t know if they are disease causing or not without more in depth testing, which doctors are re-doing now.
We are asking that all donations for medical help for Stryder go to Sparrow Clubs. Sparrow Clubs exist to set the stage for simple, yet heroic, acts of kindness in schools and youth culture by empowering kids to help kids in medical need. Make sure to specify Stryder Doescher as recipient when donating.
